International Shipping

We ship worldwide, the corresponding shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and the size of the order. You can find an exact price in the shopping cart after you have entered all address data.

Delivery times

We don’t do mass production and sustainability is very important to us, so each product is custom made for you. It may happen that certain products are delivered directly from our warehouse in Switzerland. However, most of the time you have to wait between 4-10 days for your order. However, there are also exceptional cases where you will receive your product within 48h. For more information, please contact our support.

The delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, a delivery on Saturday is not possible everywhere! This depends on your local delivery service. Please note that we can not influence the exact delivery times, as these are the responsibility of the courier. You can get information about the status of your shipment via the shipment tracking. If you need an order very urgently at a certain time, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to get your product to you on the requested date. However, due to different delivery and production conditions, we cannot guarantee this.

Customs fees / import duties

Your orders can be shipped worldwide and with tracking. We pay the customs duties for most countries. Contact us via web chat for more info.

Delivery address

A signature is required for every delivery. Therefore, the delivery address should be chosen so that your shipment can be accepted in any case. A different delivery address can of course be added during the ordering process. Please note: A Packstation as a delivery address is not accepted.

For larger packages or express shipping, we may contact you before shipping and additional shipping costs may apply. You can pay these quickly and easily via a separate link that we will send you, thus ensuring the safe and fast shipping of your package.

Christoph Marti Fashion offers national and international payment methods. We offer all major payment providers – focus here on the most important ones. To the digital payment options such as credit cards, Twint, direct bank transfer, PayPal, etc., we also offer payment in advance.
